Pavan Machine tools is happy to serve customer and fulfil their requirements. If customer receives any product which fulfils the below mentioned criterion, customer is eligible for return / exchange.

Product is used/altered/Defective product

•  Physical / in-transit damage to the product.

•  Branded product received seal opened.

•  Empty packet/some items or accessories are missing.

•  Significant difference found in Pavan Machine Tools & Services India Pvt Ltd website as comparison to product.

Customer is not eligible for return/exchange if

•  Its “No longer needed”.

•  Customer tried to handle the industrial product and unable to use it which promotes any tear/damage.

•  Made to Product (on demand) will not be returned.

Guidelines for Return/Exchange:

•  For Products purchased on Pavan Machine Tools & Services India Pvt Ltd, in the event the customer has any concern with the Product, the customer shall inform to Pavan Machine Tools & Services India Pvt Ltd Customer care within 48 Hours of product delivery.

•  Customer must share video with Customer care team while opening the package in case of Empty Package/Quantity issue.

•  If customer is sharing photographs of product it must be four angle photographs (Videography will be highly appreciated).

•  In case of Industrial goods return will be accepted only in case of wrong, defective, damaged product certified by manufacturers.

•  In Case of Faulty electronics product, customer needs to contact nearest service center for repair/ replacement.

•  All products must be in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact.

•  shall endeavor to process the customer refund within 7 (Seven) working days from the date of request made to the Customer Care team.


Return Policy


•  The refunds in accordance with the above guidelines shall be as per the following:

•  There is no Return or Refund once the goods is sold.


Refunds / Returns shall NOT be allowed in the following cases:


•  Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 24 (twenty fours) hours as specified above.

•  In case where price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories, box are missing.

•  If the Product is damaged by the customer, in any manner as may be determined by manufacturer & Pavan machine tools at its sole discretion.

•  If Product has been used by the customer.

•  If Product sold as combo/sets cannot be returned as individual Product.


  1. The policy is to describe the Warranty to be given by the company (manufacturer).
  2. The objective is to standardize the Warranty procedures and to increase the customer satisfaction.
  3. Company warrants that the machines supplied are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of sale to the customers.
  4. A Warranty claim results when defective material or manufacturing fault are found in the machine.
  5. A Warranty provides the free of charge repair or replacement of defective parts only.
  6. Parts requiring repair as a result of normal wear and tear are not covered by this policy.
  7. The policy covers defects in machines which are eliminated through free of charge replacement of defective parts/or repair as the case may be.
  8. Replaced parts become the property of the company.
  9. Service works requested by the customer do not come under Warranty and are charged to the customer.
  10. Warranty is valid as long as the machine is operated, handled, cleaned and serviced at regular interval according to the operating instructions. 

Warranty Applicability. 

  1. Warranty coverage begins from the date of sale for the particular machine supplied to the customer and ends after the warranty period are over.
  1. Warranty can be claimed only when the defective parts are accompanied by a. the original Warranty card completely filled and stamped,
  2. b. Warranty replacement Request Form.
  1. Warranty cannot be claimed in absence of any of these or the information required on the warranty form and will be rejected.
  1. 1 Year warranty schemes for some selected models. {Like Rotary Hammers, Demolition Hammers & Special application Angle grinders}. As per manufacturer Standard.

Warranty Information.

Every brand product is thoroughly inspected before they leave the factory and can be guaranteed to be free of defects, in both workmanship and materials, for a period of six month to one year beginning the date of the products original purchase.

Should the product develop any faults during its first year of use, due to defective workmanship or materials, it can be packaged (complete) and freight prepaid to either an approved Area Service Agent. Subject to inspection, the product will be repaired free of charge.

Outside of warranty:

This guarantee does not apply where:

  • Repairs have been made or attempted by others.
  • Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear (Other than authorized service center).
  • The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained.
  • Alterations have been made to the tool & local spares or accessories used.
  • This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
